Job summary

NICE Systems is seeking a DevOps professional to join the Build and Deploy team in the Philippines. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications and environments, while maturing infrastructure automation and release processes.

You will collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure reliable deliveries. You will lead complex build and release activities, define quality gates, and drive improvements in deployment efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Git-based source control (GitHub preferred).
• 3+ years writing Python, Shell, or similar scripting languages.
• 2+ years of experience with IaC tools (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo, CircleCI, Spinnaker).
• Strong experience with build automation, code promotion, branching strategies, and release orchestration.
• Experience with Docker containers and microservices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD design patterns, deployment best practices.
• Experience with Windows Server environments (IIS/.NET deployment).
• Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across apps and environments.
• Lead efforts to build and mature software-defined infrastructure and automation practices.
• Coordinate complex build and release activities across engineering, operations, QA, and stakeholders.
• Define and improve automated quality gates, release controls, and deployment standards.
• Partner with engineering to establish code quality metrics and delivery measurements.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in build automation, deployment efficiency, and reliability.
• Research, evaluate, prototype, and recommend new tools to improve DevOps capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership on DevOps best practices and release processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations of source control, pipelines, build, and deployment systems.
• Lead maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of DevOps platforms.
