Job summary

Dev Partners Philippines, Inc. is seeking a mid-level DevOps/Platform Engineer to support the operational side of our products in a 100% remote setup.

This part-time role focuses on maintaining production environments, optimizing deployment processes, authentication, security, automation, and overall reliability while supporting existing products. You will work with developers to ensure smooth releases, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong English communication to articulate technical decisions.
• Experience supporting production apps (AWS/Azure, Linux, Git, etc.).
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure and IaC (AWS/Azure, Terraform, etc.).
• Experience with authentication and access control.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving production environments.
• Scripting and automating tasks (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing production environments.
• Support deployment and release processes.

• Help implement security‑conscious operational practices.
• Configure and improve automation for operational workflows.
• Monitor and improve production reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Assist with environment configuration and maintenance.
• Recommend operational improvements and best practices.
• Work alongside developers to ensure smooth product releases.
