Job summary

Supabase is seeking Support Engineers to provide world-class developer support for anyone using our Postgres development platform. The team is globally distributed with a strong focus on minimizing time to fix, and works closely with product engineering and growth teams.

You will triage support cases, reproduce issues, and monitor Github Issues & Discussions, while collaborating across engineering and growth teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in developer support for technical customers.
• Strong SQL skills, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and timely responses to support cases across topics.
• Triage cases, guide users to docs, code examples, or escalate.
• Monitor Github Issues & Discussions and reproduce issues for tests.
