Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Support Engineer to deliver world-class developer support across a globally distributed team. You will handle a range of inquiries, triage cases, and help users via documentation, code samples, and escalation when needed.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in developer support, strong SQL skills, and excellent English. Experience with GitHub and Linux is valued; knowledge of Node.js and front-end frameworks is a plus. This is a fully remote role aligned with European time zones.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience providing developer support to technical customers.
Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL) and comfortable with complex queries.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Skilled with Linux/Unix and the command line.
Experienced using GitHub Issues and Discussions; familiar with Node.js is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide timely responses to support cases across topics (billing to implementation).
Triage support requests by guiding users to documentation, examples or escalating to relevant teams.
Monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues & Discussions.
Identify tools or processes to improve support efficiency.
Reproduce issues, create test cases and help improve test coverage.
