Qualifications

• 3+ years building and operating cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Go and TypeScript proficiency required.
• Experience with AWS SDKs or similar cloud tooling preferred.
• Production operations mindset with reliable, observable systems.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the core orchestration engine for CI/CD pipelines.
• Provision ephemeral sandboxed execution environments on Kubernetes (EKS) for untrusted workloads.
• Implement scalable job scheduling for thousands of concurrent builds.
• Optimize pipelines using caching, artifacts, and dependency reuse.
• Handle retry, timeout, cancellation, and failure propagation logic.
• Instrument pipelines with traces, metrics, and structured logs for end users.
• Develop configuration and integrations (JSON/TOML, Pulumi/Terraform) for pipeline definitions.
