Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, and IT security.

• Willingness to work shifts and potentially on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for several LSEG products.
• Record all customer queries, interactions, and investigation progress in Salesforce.
• Keep clients updated throughout case life cycle.
• Follow policies to reduce resolution times and work with 3rd party providers.
• Perform break fix activities remotely and arrange on-site dispatches when required.
• Provide expert technical advice to internal partners and 3rd party engineers.
• Maintain awareness of technical trends through self-learning and training.
• Deliver product or technical trainings to frontline teams.
• Call out major, elusive issues impacting clients and support 24hr coverage.
