Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a dynamic Trading Support professional to join our global team. The role centers on technical and functional support for the application and its infrastructure, liaising with investment banks and internal teams to deliver excellent client service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and an interest in learning new technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-pressure customer support role.
• Experience supporting customers by phone, email, or chat.
• Familiarity with Capital Markets and/or Forex trading workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with resolver teams to investigate and resolve client queries by phone and email.
• Log inquiries and document client contact through to resolution in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide guidance on system functionality and workflow to clients.
• Identify urgent issues with potential P/L and franchise risk and communicate them.
• Build knowledge of the marketplace and stay updated on industry trends.
• Contribute to knowledge management efforts.
• Complete required trainings including regulatory ones.
