Job summary

SuperStaff in the Philippines is seeking a Dental Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims, resolve issues, and support clients with integrity and quality. This remote role requires strong English communication and 3+ years in dental insurance or collections.

You will follow up on open claims, submit attachments, review denials, generate reports, and ensure accurate posting of payments while maintaining professional conduct and timely performance.

Qualifications

• Strong command of verbal and written English and interpersonal skills. Little to no accent when speaking
• Background in the Dental insurance or collections industries
• 3+ years of hands-on collections experience
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently as this is a remote position
• Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Follow-up status of outstanding insurance claims and document communications
• Send out claims and attachments to insurance
• Determine denial validity and address them
• Generate OI reports and ensure monthly completion
• Claim resubmission and reprocessing, including grievance and appeals
• Clear rejected claims weekly
• Update weekly office tracker to include all payments posted and resolutions
• Complete all follow-ups assigned on office spreadsheets
• Generate EFT reports and retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for posting
• Insurance payment posting - upload EOB and apply correct adjustment
• Identify any insurance process updates/issues and communicate findings with the team
• Remain professional at all times, observing work ethics and adhering to the work time schedule
• Hit the desired goal and accomplish all tasks in a timely manner
• Communicate with the manager in the absence of any attendance issues
