ClearDesk is seeking a Data Research Specialist to join a remote-first team. You’ll verify contacts, conduct in-depth online research, and ensure data integrity across client systems, while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with data research and validation, including lead generation.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth online research to identify and validate critical data points.
• Enter and manage data accurately within the client’s system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during data retrieval and entry and maintain data consistency.
• Communicate with the client regarding priorities and deadlines.
• Possibly support additional administrative tasks for the client.
