Job summary

ClearDesk is hiring a Data Research and Validation Specialist to work remotely with a US-time-zone schedule. You will verify data, perform deep online research, and ensure accurate data entry, supporting clients with organized, reliable information.

You will use Google Workspace and PM tools like Trello or Asana, collaborating with a remote team to meet deadlines and maintain data quality. A degree in CS/IT or related field is required, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with data research and validation, including lead generation.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and PM tools such as Trello or Asana.
• Willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
• Must have setup: webcam, noise-canceling headset, reliable internet, backup devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth online research to identify and validate critical data points.
• Enter and manage data accurately within the client’s system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during data retrieval or entry.
• Maintain clear communication with the client on priorities and deadlines.
• May take on additional administrative tasks as needed.
