Job summary

Uncover is seeking an experienced Data Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role focuses on cloud migration, automation, CI/CD, and platform governance, working closely with onshore architects and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud engineering, hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Databricks integrations, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and IaC (Terraform).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Experience with cloud migration, security, and IAM concepts.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data platforms or enterprise apps is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support scalable cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Automate infrastructure and platform provisioning with Terraform and related tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Harness, GitOps).
• Support self‑service platform capabilities and reusable onboarding patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure security and governance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, platform, and integration issues end‑to‑end.
