Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data quality assurance, process documentation, or technical writing
• Experience in data analytics and documenting workflows
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and data pipelines
• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with Confluence, Google Docs, Slack or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Process incoming questions from support, TAMs, or NDAs via Zendesk
• Collect answers from Slack and publish in the knowledge base
• Document methodologies, data models, and pipelines in OpenMetadata where possible
• Maintain Confluence documentation space and relevant materials
• Use LLM tools to address frequently asked questions
• Document investigative steps and final resolutions in Zendesk
• Create Jira tickets for data issues and investigate poorly performing queries
