- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reports Analyst or in a similar reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics role
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, and business insights in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience analyzing large datasets to support operational and business decision-making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex formulas, PivotTables, charts, dashboards, data validation, and reporting automation
- Experience developing reporting templates and automating reports using Excel VBA and Microsoft 365 tools
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data visualization platforms
- Understanding of AI prompting techniques and practical use of AI tools to improve reporting, analytics, and productivity
- Knowledge of database structures, data warehousing concepts, and reporting best practices
- Experience performing trend analysis, KPI reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Track scheduled salary increases, employee movements, and contract changes
- Coordinate with department managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of employee data, including headcount changes, performance metrics, KPIs, employee movements, and separations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and quality across databases and dashboards
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop presentations and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders
- Generate statistical reports and business analyses to support decision-making
- Analyze reports and operational processes to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly departmental performance reports
- Perform historical trend analysis and recommend performance improvements
- Handle administrative reporting requirements across assigned accounts
- Track operational deliverables and validate business performance data for planning and forecasting
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Microsoft Excel and available reporting tools
- Drive initiatives that improve manual reporting processes and operational efficiency
- Spearhead projects related to data visualization, database design, and data warehousing
- Develop reporting templates and standardized reporting solutions as assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate reporting data
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver analytical solutions
- Maintain professional communication through verbal and written channels to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Ensure smooth communication with core team members and respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries
- Manage stakeholder expectations while fostering strong internal and external relationships
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple teams to achieve shared business goals
- Comply with Emapta's data privacy policies, information security protocols, and legal requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and business information
- Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned by management
