Job summary
MicroSourcing International is seeking a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist II to support a regionally distributed team. You will help develop data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and reporting solutions for global clients, leveraging SQL, cloud data tools, and multiple BI platforms.
The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong data analytics, and excellent English communication as you collaborate with teams across regions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with MS Excel.
- Solid SQL ability.
- Experience with cloud ETL: AWS S3, Athena, Glue Studio.
- Experience building data visualizations with Looker/PowerBI/Tableau/Salesforce Datorama.
- Excellent English communication.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring juniors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage ETL pipelines across multiple clients’ data streams.
- Develop data visualizations, reports, and ad hoc analyses.
- Unify disparate data sources into dashboards for internal and client use.
- Provide input on reporting structures and best practices.
- Identify trends to drive optimization and campaign strategy.
- Become expert in Kepler's software suite and data best practices.
- Mentor junior team members on data practices.
