Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a meticulous Data Entry & Inventory Specialist to keep product information accurate across catalogs and websites. This fully remote role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

You will manage catalog data, update SKUs, barcodes, pricing, and images; support basic bookkeeping tasks; and maintain clean spreadsheets across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related role.
• Experience with product catalogs, e-commerce websites, or inventory systems.
• Familiarity with barcodes, SKUs, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update product information in catalogs and websites.
• Update inventory quantities, barcodes, product prices, and SKU details.
• Upload, organize, and manage product images for online catalogs and websites.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product records.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data reconciliation.
• Review data for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and digital files.
• Ensure product information remains current and consistent across platforms.
