RemoteVA is seeking an Amazon catalog researcher who excels at catalog research and product data management, not general account management.

You will handle supplier price sheets, search products on Amazon, verify ASINs, and ensure exact product matching across catalogs, with heavy Excel usage.

Strong English writing and attention to detail are essential; experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred but the primary focus is catalog accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon catalog research and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to match products to existing ASINs and verify catalog integrity.

Responsibilities

• Receiving supplier price sheets (Excel, CSV, PDF).
• Searching products on Amazon using UPCs, model numbers, MPNs, brand names, or product titles.
• Finding and verifying the correct ASIN.
• Confirming exact product matches (size, color, pack count, images, UPC).
• Setting up products in internal purchasing system and listing on Amazon Seller Central.
• Entering supplier costs, case packs, and other product information.
• Identifying duplicate ASINs, incorrect matches, missing listings, and catalog inconsistencies.
• Processing large supplier catalogs efficiently with high accuracy.
