Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a hands-on leader to guide a three-person team responsible for publishing the catalog, QA, and process improvements as we scale from hundreds to tens of thousands of product pages. You will own production calendars, define quality gates, and build repeatable systems that survive future growth.

In this role you’ll work cross-functionally to move product work on schedule, mentor teammates under pressure, and stay close to CMS data to spot issues before they go live.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience leading or co-leading a team, with genuine ownership of people and their output.
• A track record of managing projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors.
• A track record of building or scaling a QA process for content or product output at high volume.
• Hands-on fluency with a CMS or PIM platform. Understand the underlying data structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and set clear expectations for quality and pace.
• Own the production calendar across launches and catalog updates.
• Develop and scale QA processes to catch errors before going live as the catalog grows.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep product work moving on schedule.
