Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a capable leader to own the publishing pipeline, QA, and a three-person team as the company scales its catalog to tens of thousands of product pages. You’ll build systems, set calendars, and ensure quality under pressure while working remotely from the Philippines.

You’ll be hands-on with a CMS, shape workflows, and coordinate across departments to keep launches on schedule. Compensation includes a night-shift allowance and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading or co-leading a team with ownership of output.
• Proven ability to deliver projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors.
• Experience building or scaling a QA process for high-volume content or product output.
• Hands-on fluency with a CMS or PIM; understands underlying data structures.
• Experience with Photoshop; Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person team and manage quality, pace, and ownership.
• Own production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates.
• Turn requests into scope, owners, deadlines, and QA checkpoints.
• Forecast capacity, flag conflicts, and negotiate scope when priorities collide.
• Design and scale the QA process to catch errors before live site as catalog grows.
• Document workflows so the team isn’t memory-dependent.
• Be the cross-functional coordinator to keep work moving on schedule.
