Job summary

Fresh Prints is embarking on a massive catalog shift, building a scalable publishing pipeline for tens of thousands of product pages. You will lead a three-person team, own the production calendar, and implement QA processes to maintain a high quality catalog as it scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading or co-leading a team with ownership of outputs.
• Track record of delivering projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors.
• Experience building or scaling QA processes for content or product output at high volume.
• Hands-on fluency with a content management system (CMS) or product information management (PIM) platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person team, set expectations for quality and pace.
• Own production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests.
• Design and scale QA processes to catch errors before going live as the catalog grows.
• Document workflows so the team is not dependent on any one person.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep product work moving on schedule.
