Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CX Operations Specialist in Metro Manila with a work-from-home setup. You’ll transform manual processes into fast tools, automations, and dashboards, supporting CSMs, Support, Implementation, and CX Ops to improve customer experience.

You’ll build scalable data pipelines, connect systems, and deliver repeatable workflows. The role emphasizes hands-on tooling, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive speed and quality.

Qualifications

• You are a builder at heart. You like making systems, automations, and tools that solve real problems, and you do it in your own time as well as at work.
• You are a spreadsheet expert. Complex formulas, tab-to-tab dependencies, App Script, and data models do not scare you.
• You are AI-native and already build with Claude. You use it to write code, connect systems, and ship tools fast.

Responsibilities

• Build tools, automations, and dashboards on request: take a specific ask and deliver a working tool, script, dashboard, or automation quickly.
• Build for scale: package what you build into reusable tools and templates the wider CX team can run without you, and ship them on Dokploy so they are easy to find and use.
• Build first-principles, so what you ship holds up at scale and does not need to be rebuilt every few months.
• Connect systems and move data between them: wire our tools together so data flows without manual copy and paste.
• Turn manual work into automated workflows: find the five-minute task someone does fifty times a day and cut it to seconds.
• Keep our spreadsheets and data plumbing healthy: own the messy, interconnected spreadsheets CX Ops runs on.
• Proactively surface process gaps: flag manual steps, broken handoffs, and repetitive tasks you see.
• Raise the bar on how we build: use Claude every day, lean on agents and automation to ship more in less time.
