Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CX Operations Specialist in Metro Manila to build tools, automations, and dashboards that improve customer experience. You will connect systems, automate data flows, and ship scalable solutions that empower CSMs, Support, Implementation, and CX Ops to operate faster and more reliably.

The role focuses on turning manual processes into automated workflows, creating robust data pipelines, and delivering measurable improvements in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• You are a builder at heart, creating systems, automations, and tools to fix messy processes.
• You are a spreadsheet expert with complex formulas, dependencies, and data models.
• You are AI-native and experienced with Claude to write code and ship tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build tools, automations, and dashboards on request, delivering working solutions quickly with quality.
• Package tools into reusable templates for the CX team and publish them for easy access.
• Design first-principles solutions that scale and be used by many, not just one.
• Connect systems and move data between Google Sheets, Salesforce, Planhat, Snowflake, etc., ensuring accurate inputs/outputs.
• Automate five-minute tasks to seconds, and build routing logic that triggers next actions.
• Maintain health of spreadsheets and data plumbing, map dependencies, and fix transitions when owners change.
• Proactively surface process gaps by identifying manual steps and proposing projects to solve them.
• Raise the bar by using Claude daily to ship more in less time and demonstrate what's possible.
