The role involves responding to inquiries, guiding homeowners and partners through service steps, and ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met. You will monitor accounts, provide timely support, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while promoting a positive experience for architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners.
