Job summary

BlackLabel VP is actively building its pool of experienced Customer Service Specialists for upcoming client opportunities. This is a remote role with US business hours, and Philippine-based applicants are preferred.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience, excellent English communication skills, and experience handling inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven experience handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and/or live chat.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
• Experience using CRM or customer support platforms.
• Applicants with U.S.-based client experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and general concerns.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow SOPs and client-specific guidelines.
• Meet or exceed performance targets (CSAT, QA, AHT, FCR, productivity).
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
