Mysigrid in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist for a remote/hybrid dayshift role supporting a Singapore brand. You will be the main contact across email, phone, website chat, and WhatsApp, processing orders end to end and coordinating with operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The role also provides administrative and virtual assistant support, with a busy peak December–February.

Qualifications

1+ years in customer service, customer support, or order management.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, hospitality, logistics, or other fulfillment-focused environments.
Excellent written and spoken English and basic Mandarin; calm, professional phone manner.
Fluent multi-channel communication across email, phone, live chat, and WhatsApp Business.
Working knowledge of order management/e-commerce/ticketing platforms (Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Gorgias).
Strong attention to order data and ability to escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact across email, phone, website chat, and WhatsApp.
Process orders end to end with high accuracy: recipient names, addresses, dates, and gift messages.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery partners to ensure fulfillment.
Track orders, flag risks to delivery windows, and maintain CRM records.
Provide day-to-day administrative support and contribute to reporting and templates.
