Job summary

MySigrid is seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist in Manila to serve a Singapore retail brand. You will handle multi-channel customer interactions, process orders end-to-end, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery. The role also includes administrative support for the client’s team.

The position requires 1+ years in relevant roles, English and Mandarin skills, and the ability to work Singapore hours including Saturdays, with a hybrid setup from Ortigas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, customer support, or order management in e-commerce/retail/hospitality/logistics
• Excellent written and spoken English and basic Mandarin
• Fluency across email, phone, live chat, and WhatsApp
• Familiar with order management/e-commerce platforms and sheet work
• Excellent attention to detail on orders
• Calm, professional under pressure; know when to escalate
• Reliable home internet and a quiet, professional home office for remote days
• Willing to work Singapore business hours including Saturdays and peak season days

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound conversations across email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp with consistent tone and fast, accurate answers
• Process orders end to end with accurate recipient data and delivery details
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery partners to resolve issues
• Track orders and flag risks to delivery windows
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and reporting
