Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as minimum
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Patience, empathy and commitment to delivering excellent service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays
• Previous customer service/call centre experience is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
