Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in customer service or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong customer service principles, practices, and standards.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Certification in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and providing timely updates.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the customer service database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in training new customer service representatives and share best practices.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
