Extenteam is hiring a Customer Care Specialist for a property management client. The role is 100% remote and requires 1–2 years in residential/property experience, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years residential and property experience preferred.
• Superior attention to detail and data-entry proficiency.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent account holders by telephone or writing to request payment.
• Collect payments or establish alternative payment plans.
• Review files for third‑party collections and prepare required documents.
• Follow up with customers on payment plans.
• Document collection activities and advise on potential charge-offs.
• Support post move-out processes as needed.
• Reach out to past residents to collect due balances.
• Collaborate with banks to ensure refunds are processed.
• Work with site teams on disputes to ensure correct charges.
• Assist with reissuing refunds and lost-check documents.
