Job summary

Extenteam is seeking a Support Helpdesk Business Specialist for a property management client. The role focuses on analysis, pricing decisions, lease reviews, and screening overrides in a fast-paced, remote environment.

We require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in related roles, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Entrata, and PowerBI is preferred. Weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to work one weekend day; schedule may be flexible later.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with Entrata and PowerBI.
• Strong written and verbal communication; dependable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business practices and review requests per Operations guidelines.
• Approve and adjust pricing when appropriate.
• Review applicant files, ensure requirements met, and sign leases.
• Override screening when justified as a business decision.
• Analyze ledger corrections to rent and related items.
• Ensure timely deposits refunds within policy parameters.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Entrata Support, PMs and VPs on approvals.
