Qualifications

• Familiarity with Sprout Social influencer marketing and strategy.
• Experience working in a one-to-many model of customer success.
• Experience with CS management tools like Gainsight.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions and value discussions to drive adoption.
• Scale customer success with one-to-many plays and self-service resources.
• Monitor usage data to identify churn risk and growth opportunities.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and escalate when needed.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve processes and automation.
• Develop internal best practices and knowledge resources.
