Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to finish at least 2 years in college.
• Night shift/shifting schedules will be required.
• Good wired internet connection of at least 30 Mbps.
• Amenable to work from home with a conducive workspace.
• Amenable to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding Client Credit Cards.
• Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts.
• Apply problem solving to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and product marketing.
• Comply with call quality standards and company policies, including Time and Attendance.
