Job summary

Pearl is hiring a Remote Credentialing Specialist to own end-to-end provider credentialing for a rapidly growing telehealth company. You will manage CAQH profiles, submit applications to Medicaid/Medicare and commercial payers, and drive fast, accurate submissions across multiple states.

Your role supports scaling from 10-30 providers to 50-100+ while coordinating with an international team. This remote position offers flexible US-timezone overlap and a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CAQH profile management and credentialing submission experience
• Proven track record submitting credentialing applications to Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers across multiple US states
• Experience managing credentialing for 10+ providers concurrently
• Systematic tracking and follow-up discipline using Airtable, Google Sheets, Trello, or Notion
• Track record of clean, first-time submissions with minimal payer-requested corrections
• Experience identifying and implementing workflow improvements within credentialing or provider enrollment
• B2+ English (CEFR) for phone and written follow-up with US-based payer representatives

Responsibilities

• Submit and track credentialing applications across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers
• Manage CAQH profiles and payer communications
• Follow up with payers to resolve issues and achieve fast submission turnaround
• Improve credentialing workflows and SOPs to scale from 10-30 to 50-100+ providers
• Collaborate with a distributed operations team across time zones
