Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing, payer enrollment, insurance contracting, and provider record maintenance. The role requires independent management from application through approval with strong organizational skills.

The position is work-from-home with night shift hours in PH Time and follows U.S. holidays. You will interact with multiple payers and maintain compliance across registries and contracts.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 3 years of provider credentialing experience.
• Experience with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer enrollment.
• Excellent communication with providers and payers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial credentialing and recredentialing with payers.
• Submit and track payer enrollment applications.
• Maintain provider records in CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and licensing boards.
• Monitor credentialing expirations and renewals.
• Coordinate with leadership and providers on documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Assist with audits and respond to payer requests.
