Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking an experienced Healthcare Credentialing Specialist to manage facility credentialing, privileging, and provider access workflows for physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants across multiple SNF locations nationwide.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, healthcare credentialing experience, and the ability to manage high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote with US EST hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of healthcare credentialing experience required.
• Experience with SNF, long-term care, telehealth, or multi-state credentialing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing, privileging, provider enrollment, and compliance documentation.
• Experience with PCC/EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end facility credentialing and privileging for providers across multiple SNF locations nationwide.
• Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications and privileging requests.
• Coordinate with facility contacts and management to resolve credentialing and access issues.
• Maintain provider credentialing files including licenses, registrations, and documentation.
• Conduct follow-up to ensure timely credentialing submissions and approvals.
• Manage PCC and EMR access including provider login setup and profile verification.
• Escalate urgent credentialing or EMR access issues affecting coverage or go-live timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
