Job summary

Sagan Recruitment is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist for a remote independent contractor role, supporting U.S. payer enrollments from the Philippines or LATAM. You will manage enrollment applications, CAQH profiles, and compliance documentation while coordinating with internal teams.

The position requires at least 2 years in U.S. healthcare administration (credentialing or billing), strong Excel/Word skills, and exceptional organizational abilities to handle high-volume tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in U.S. healthcare administration (credentialing or billing).
• Familiar with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid payer structures.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track provider enrollment applications with payers.
• Follow up with U.S. payers by phone and portal to resolve issues.
• Maintain CAQH profiles for all providers.
• Update provider records, licenses, DEA registrations, and certifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather enrollment documentation.
• Maintain enrollment databases and support audits.
