Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a diligent enrollment associate to support new client onboarding and data accuracy. You will gather enrollment documents, complete forms, and maintain client information in spreadsheets or databases, acting as the in-house knowledge source on enrollment details.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and proficient in MS Word/Excel, with strong English communication. This role suits those comfortable with night shifts and remote work from home with reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• Credentialing experience in a BPO is preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of and/or experience in the US Healthcare industry is preferred, but not required.
• Adept in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Windows file navigation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Amenable to work graveyard or shifting schedules.
• Able to Work From Home, must have a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Gather required enrollment documents from new clients.
• Assist in completing enrollment forms.
• Maintain accurate and current client information using spreadsheets and/or online databases.
• Respond to general inquiries as the in-house knowledge source on enrollment particulars.
• Identify and report issues to appropriate departments and management leadership.
• Build and improve working relationships with insurance company enrollment staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information by adhering to strict, established regulations.
• Follow teams and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
• Alert client of new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications and deficiencies in enrollment requirements.
• Conduct presentations and engage in occasional client interactions, as needed.

• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
