Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Provider Enrollment Specialist to own provider enrollment and credentialing operations across payer portals, email, and PDFs. You will support onboarding workflows, update provider profiles in enrollment systems, and follow up with payers to keep enrollment moving without gaps.

The role requires healthcare admin experience, familiarity with major payer portals, and strong organizational discipline to follow SOPs and deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Healthcare administrative experience in credentialing, payer contracting, licensing, or claims billing.
• Familiarity with Verifiable or similar provider verification platforms (Medallion, Echo, Simplr, Modio).
• Proficient data entry: Google Sheets; CX tools experience (Zendesk).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple enrollment workflows.
• Availability to work CST hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Complete provider enrollments through payer portals, email, and PDF applications.
• Update and maintain provider profiles in enrollment systems for accuracy.
• Follow up with insurance payers to check enrollment status and resolve items.
• Support onboarding tasks and track deliverables in CX platforms.
• Adhere to SOPs and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
