Job summary

Auctus Group is seeking a Contracting and Credentialing Coordinator to support provider enrollment, credentialing, contracting, and payer activities in a fully remote environment. The role partners with providers, payers, facilities, and internal teams to ensure timely credentialing completion and accurate record maintenance.

You will manage CAQH, Availity, Medicare portals, and related systems, tracking licenses, certifications, and expirations while ensuring compliant, up-to-date provider

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Contracting, Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, or related healthcare admin functions.
• Working knowledge of credentialing and payer enrollment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with CAQH, Availity, Medicare/Medicaid, or Optum systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit credentialing and contracting applications with commercial and government payers.
• Conduct follow-up until payer approval or completion.
• Maintain provider and facility NPI records and CAQH profiles.
• Enroll providers in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial networks.
