Job summary

Connext Global Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support US-based clients from our Manila team. You will manage end-to-end credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider records for behavioral health providers, ensuring CAQH/NPPES/NPI accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining provider records, credentialing files, and enrollment documentation.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare credentialing, payer enrollment, and HIPAA requirements.
• Strong attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers.
• Process new enrollments, revalidations, affiliations, and credentialing updates.
• Maintain accurate provider records, documentation, CAQH, NPPES/NPI, and taxonomy information.
• Complete provider directory attestations and payer roster updates.
• Monitor licenses, malpractice coverage, credentialing timelines, and re-credentialing requirements.
• Track applications, follow up on pending requests, and resolve payer credentialing issues.
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients and payers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
