Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers to understand design briefs and client needs.
• Oversee all design elements from concept to final delivery, maintaining high quality.
• Review final layouts and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
• Present finalized ideas to clients and account managers for approval.
• Lead and manage the design team to produce web and digital marketing collateral.
• Ensure brand guidelines and deadlines are met across projects.
