Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for CRE properties under US GAAP.
• Manage full-cycle property accounting including GL, accruals, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Prepare investor reporting packages and CAM reconciliations.
• Maintain lease abstraction/administration and tenant billings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits; liaise with external auditors.
