Rove is a rapidly growing luxury property rental marketplace delivering trusted, seamless experiences for guests and homeowners. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee day-to-day accounting, ensuring accurate financial statements under US GAAP while guiding a remoteteam and implementing efficient processes.

The ideal candidate has CPA certification, 4–6 years in property management accounting, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification with valid PRC license.
• 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with property management accounting preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and MS Office.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly/annual balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports per US GAAP.
• Audit revenue and expenses; coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare P&L statements for property owners; manage disbursements.
• Post and process journal entries; ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Update A/P and A/R master data; perform reconciliations.
• Apply controls in A/P and A/R processes.
• Assess and improve current accounting processes for efficiency.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
