Concentrix is seeking an experienced Property Accounting Specialist to manage end-to-end accounting for our U.S. real estate portfolio. You will handle complex property accounting tasks including financial reporting, lease administration, and reconciliations for commercial and residential properties.

This role targets accounting professionals with BPO experience and a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, seeking a high-impact position in real estate finance and property management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an accounting BPO environment with exposure to U.S. Real Estate or Property Accounting.
• Experience handling AP, AR, GL, and Month-End Close processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for collaboration with U.S. property managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle transactional accounting (AP, AR, GL) for assigned U.S. property portfolios.
• Manage lease administration, rent roll maintenance, escalation terms, and tenant billing.
• Perform CAM reconciliations, tax escrow tracking, and insurance audit adjustments.
• Conduct month-end closes, bank reconciliations, and draft adjusting entries.
• Prepare property-level P&L, cash flow forecasts, and financial packages.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex property accounting functions including financial reporting, lease administration, vendor management, and account reconciliations for commercial and residential properties.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or equivalent.
• Work Experience:
• Proven experience in an accounting BPO environment with specialized exposure to U.S. Real Estate or Property Accounting.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Month-End Close processes.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on proficiency with property management accounting platforms (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, MRI, or QuickBooks).
• In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP standards and real estate financial reporting.
• Soft Skills & Communication: Strong critical-thinking ability with professional verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with U.S. property managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Financial Management: Oversee full-cycle transactional accounting (AP, AR, GL) for assigned U.S. property portfolios.
• Lease Administration & Billing: Manage rent roll maintenance, setup lease escalation terms, compute monthly tenant billing, and process lease refunds or deductions.
• CAM & Escrow Reconciliations: Perform complex Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, real estate tax escrow tracking, and property insurance audit adjustments.
• General Ledger & Bank Reconciliations: Conduct month-end closing activities, perform bank reconciliations, and draft adjusting journal entries.
• Reporting & Auditing: Prepare property-level Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, cash flow forecasts, and operational financial packages for property owners and managers.
