Candidates must hold a CPA, have 3+ years NetSuite experience and 5+ years in accounting, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPA certification.
• 5+ years working experience in accounting.
• 3+ years NetSuite experience.
• Experience in General Accounting.
• EMEA / International accounting experience is a plus.
• Remote interview process; work from home in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Support & Reporting: Own month-end closing activities and deadlines; prepare balance sheet reconciliations; ensure audit readiness.
• NetSuite Journal Entries & General Ledger: Prepare reconciliations, post journal entries, and month-end accruals in NetSuite.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor aging, follow up on balances, reconcile customer accounts.
• Accounts Payable Management: Process vendor invoices with correct GL coding and approvals; reconcile statements.
• Banking & Cash Management: Process daily bank transactions; reconcile accounts monthly; coordinate wire transfers.
