Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join a growing finance team. You will deliver accurate financial reporting, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes.

Requirements include 5+ years of Australian accounting experience, 2+ years of NetSuite, CPA/CA qualification or pursuit, strong knowledge of BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and ASIC rules; advanced Excel and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Australian accounting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• CPA/CA qualified or currently pursuing CPA/CA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and ASIC requirements.
• Solid experience in month-end close, management reporting, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience in finance process improvement and NetSuite optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and support compliance.
• Support BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and ASIC requirements.
• Lead month-end close, management reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Model financial scenarios in Excel and optimize NetSuite processes.
