Job summary

PeoplePartners is seeking a remote AU RTO Course & Careers Advisor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and moving them through enrolment. You will engage via phone, nurture relationships, and drive enrollments for Australian client programs.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, pipeline management, and meeting KPIs while operating in a remote, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, lead management or enrollments.
• Experience managing leads, follow-ups, or a sales pipeline.
• Experience working towards sales KPIs or commercial targets.
• Confident handling regular phone-based conversations.
• CRM experience and ability to navigate systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student leads from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
• Contact prospective students by phone to understand study and career goals.
• Provide information and guidance on suitable course options.
• Qualify and progress leads through the sales pipeline.
• Guide students through the enrolment process and policies.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate CRM data.
• Work toward agreed sales and enrolment KPIs.
