Job summary

Amex Global Business Travel is seeking a Specialized Travel Consultant in Manila/Makati, Philippines. You will book domestic and international travel for corporate clients, using GDS systems and maintaining high service standards, with a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) to support quality interactions.

You should have 3+ years in travel, strong GDS knowledge, excellent communication, and a client‑first mindset to meet policy and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry (preferably corporate travel).
• Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Amadeus).
• Proactive, professional communication and high level of integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Book domestic and international travel including air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo). Training may be provided.
• Communicate effectively via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems.
• Act as trusted advisor by offering travel solutions within policy and upsell when appropriate.
• Work solo and with the team to meet goals and service metrics.
