Qualifications

• Background in accounting or understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Responsibilities

• Clean-up and review accounting items as requested by team members.
• Revenue coding and payroll processing.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Review monthly financial close and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Review and code bank transactions and research unknown items.
