Qualifications

• At least 1 year QBO experience.
• Must have accounting or business coursework or degree.
• Executive-level experience with finance team leadership (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition & Development: recruit, onboard tax and AR specialists, and build training materials.
• Oversee Financial Operations & Controls: manage reconciliations, service fee processing, and AP/AR/payroll.
• Direct Reporting & Strategic Analysis: supervise monthly/quarterly/annual closings and present to executives; maintain QBO reports.
