TRPlane.com in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented controller / bookkeeper to manage daily accounting, from A/R and A/P to reporting and analysis. You will partner with our team to ensure accuracy and compliance, and generate reports to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include invoicing, revenue recognition, cash flow forecasting, tax remittance, and monthly close. You will work from home with a fast internet connection and hardware requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Strong numeric and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts payable and receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile monthly close and analyze variances.
• Coordinate with CPA and regulators as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax filings.
